Abstract
To comprehensively promote the"decentralization,management,and service"reform and enhance the capacity of water conservancy integrated government service,this paper analyzed the construction status and existing problems of government service-related systems platform of the Ministry of Water Resources.Supported by new generation information technology,it proposed the overall framework,integration concepts,and technical implementation methods of the water conservancy integrated government service platform.Key construction aspects including hydraulic integrated service portal development,application integration,data fusion,and integration of application support capabilities were explored.The platform architecture emphasized the adoption of a microservice framework with modular design and service decoupling to enhance system flexibility and scalability At the same time,to address data fusion challenges,a multi-source heterogeneous data fusion strategy combined with AI intelligent analysis technology was proposed,forming an application framework for water conservancy government services.The construction of water conservancy integrated government service platform will break through the difficult problems that restrict the"one network communication"of water conservancy government service,and further improved the efficiency of water conservancy government service.The research outcomes provide valuable technical reference for the construction of water conservancy integrated government service platform in the next stage.关键词
