Abstract
The integrated"Space-Sky-Ground-Hydrology-Engineering"monitoring and sensing system is a crucial measure for advancing digital twin water conservancy development and promoting high-quality water governance in the new era.To achieve comprehensive monitoring of all elements of water resources infrastructure and the entire process of water governance and management in Xizang Autonomous Region,this study coordinated the optimization of structural layouts and station density within ground-based monitoring networks for flood and drought disasters,water resources,hydraulic engineering,and soil and water conservation.It enhanced the application of emerging monitoring technologies including satellite remote sensing,unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs),and video surveillance to establish a multidimensional,synergistic monitoring and sensing system.The system was expected to provide comprehensive,real-time,precise,and reliable computational data to support the construction of digital twin water conservancy in Xizang Autonomous Region,thereby elevating the digitalization,networking,and intelligentization of key operations including flood and drought disaster prevention,water resources management and allocation,hydraulic engineering operation and management,river chief system implementation,and river and lake management.关键词
