Abstract
To enhance the scientific and intelligent level of modern reservoir operation and management,and to improve the"Four Pre"capabilities of reservoirs,this study investigated the key issues in constructing the reservoir operation management matrix platform in Shandong Province.Through analysis of the current challenges faced by reservoir operation and management and combining with the current situation of reservoir operation and management in Shandong Province,key technologies were coordinated and optimized—including flood forecasting and real-time early warning,rainfall capacity analysis and water level forecasting for small reservoirs,and reservoir group dispatching model construction and accuracy evaluation were coordinated and optimized.The effectiveness of the proposed solutions was verified through specific case studies.The results showed that the construction of the"Four Pre"functions within the matrix platform in Shandong Province can significantly improve the scientific level of reservoir management and its emergency response capabilities.The research findings have broad promotion value and can provide strong theoretical and practical support for reservoir management and offers broad potential for application and replication.关键词
