摘要

Abstract

Germanium is an important strategic metal,which has important application value in semiconductor field,nuclear field,communication field and aerospace field.Its extraction,development and purification optimization have attracted more and more attention In this paper,the research progress of the extraction process of zinc germanium leaching solution and the reduction process of germanium tetrachloride are reviewed.Compared with other germanium preparation methods,the hydrogen reduction method of germanium tetrachloride has the advantages of short process,no impurities introduced in the preparation process and less input equipment,so as to achieve high efficiency purification and high value utilization of germanium On the basis of the reduction of germanium tetrachloride,adding catalyst to the reaction can reduce the reaction temperature and increase the conversion rate of germanium tetrachloride.It is pointed out that the reduction of germanium tetrachloride by catalyst has a good research and application background.
