摘要

Abstract

For the Bayer production system using Guinea bauxite to produce alumina,some of the organic matter in the ore enters the liquid phase and is enriched during the dissolution process,which has a certain impact on production.This article conducts research on the impact of dissolution conditions on the conversion rate of organic matter.Among them,the dissolution temperature has the most significant impact on the conversion rate of organic matter,while the effects of circulating mother liquor Nk concentration and dissolution time are much weaker than the dissolution temperature;a crystallization method is carried out to remove the influence of organic matter.Factor study,under experimental conditions,the recommended control conditions are:seed crystal solid content 20~50g/L,time 8~12h,temperature 50℃~55℃,oxalate precipitation rate when the mother Nk is about 230g/L can reach more than 20%.
