摘要
Abstract
This paper mainly investigates the impact of the loading weight of different saggers on the sintering synthesis of lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4)during the carbothermal reduction method.By designing experiments,the differences in the sintering process and product performance of different sagger types and loading amounts are thoroughly explored,aiming to reduce the unit energy consumption and improve the product quality,thus providing theoretical and practical guidance for the optimization of the LiFePO4 sintering process.The study reveals that compared with the conventional sagger,the synthesized LiFePO4 can still maintain good performance when the loading amount of the"field-shaped"sagger is increased to 9 kg.关键词
