摘要
Abstract
Selective Laser Melting(SLM)method is a key technology in additive manufacturing,which is widely used in precision manufacturing fields such as aerospace and automotive due to its excellent manufacturing precision and excellent material properties.However,the key issues currently encountered in laser selective melting mainly include low-speed forming,a larger heat affected zone,and higher energy consumption.In order to address the above issues,this article mainly studies the key factors of laser selective melting of high-temperature alloys,and then optimizes the key process of laser selective melting of high-temperature alloys,improves the forming rate of alloys,and optimizes the comprehensive performance of products.While increasing the forming rate of the alloy,it can also reduce the manufacturing cost of the product.关键词
