本文着眼于传统立轴钻机在坑道内施工多角度定向孔时所暴露的诸多局限,通过对钻机的结构、钻进工艺等进行深入的改进优化,引入先进的导向系统以及配套设备,致力于突破立轴钻机原有的技术桎梏,提高钻孔的精度、施工效率以及设备稳定性,增强立轴钻机在坑道内施工多角度定向钻孔的能力,为坑道内多角度定向钻孔的施工开辟更为高效、精准的新途径,有力地支撑相关工程的顺利推进.
This paper focuses on the many limitations exposed by the traditional vertical shaft drilling rig in the construction of multi-angle directional holes in the tunnel.Through the in-depth improvement and optimization of the structure and drilling technology of the drilling rig,the introduction of advanced guidance system and supporting equipment,it is committed to breaking through the original technical shackles of the vertical shaft drilling rig,improving the accuracy of drilling,construction efficiency and equipment stability,enhancing the ability of the vertical shaft drilling rig to construct multi-angle directional drilling in the tunnel,opening up a more efficient and accurate new way for the construction of multi-angle directional drilling in the tunnel,and effectively supporting the smooth progress of related projects.
