莱州湾东岸矿区周边表层土壤重金属污染特征、来源解析及潜在风险评估OA
The heavy metal contamination characteristics,source analysis,and potential risk assessment of surface soil in the mining area on the eastern shore of Laizhou Bay
[研究目的]为全面系统了解莱州湾东岸矿区周边表层土壤重金属污染程度及生态风险等级,采集莱州市北部矿区周边表层土壤样品369件,分析As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg、Ni、Pb和Zn8种重金属元素含量.[研究方法]利用地累积指数法、内梅罗指数法、潜在生态风险指数法和人体健康风险模型对该地区表层土壤进行环境风险评价和人体健康风险评价,采用相关性分析和主成分分析解析重金属来源.[研究结果](1)莱州湾东岸表层土壤中Hg、As、Cd、Pb 4种重金属含量平均值大于山东省东部表层土壤背景值,且空间变异系数较大,受人类活动干扰显著;(2)莱州湾东岸表层土壤中Hg与Cd污染点数较多,一些点位Cd元素污染达到了重度污染级别;(3)莱州湾东岸94.31%的点位处于轻微风险,5.69%的点位达到了强至极强风险级别;(4)莱州湾东岸表层土壤重金属元素对儿童健康产生一定不利影响,未对成年人产生健康风险;(5)莱州湾东岸表层土壤重金属来源共分为3类,其中Cu、Zn、As、Cd和Pb元素主要来自于矿业活动,Cr和Ni元素主要源于自然背景源;Hg元素主要来自于大气沉降源.[结论]研究区表层土壤出现了重金属点状污染,5.69%的点位达到了强至极强风险级别,这些污染点均分布于金矿尾矿库周边,其形成可能与矿业活动有关,建议加强该区域土壤重金属监测和修复治理工作.
This paper is the result of heavy metal contamination. [Objective]In order to comprehensively and systematically understand the heavy metal pollution degree and ecological risk level in the surface soil around the mining area on the east coast of Laizhou Bay,369 surface soil samples were collected around the mining area in the north of Laizhou City,and the contents of 8 heavy metals such as AS,Cd,Cr,Cu,Hg,Ni,Pb and Zn were analyzed.[Methods]Environmental risk assessments were conducted using geo-accumulation index,Nemerow index,potential ecological risk index,and human health risk models.Correlation analysis and principal component analysis were employed to explore the sources of heavy metals.[Results](1)Average concentrations of Hg,As,Cd,and Pb in surface soils on the East Coast of Laizhou Bay exceeded the background values of surface soils in eastern Shandong Province,with significant spatial variability influenced notably by human activities.(2)Widespread contamination of Hg and Cd in surface soils on the East Coast of Laizhou Bay,with some locations showing severe Cd contamination.(3)94.31%of locations on the East Coast of Laizhou Bay are at slight risk,with 5.69%of locations reaching strong to extremely strong risk levels.(4)Surface soils on the East Coast of Laizhou Bay pose no health risks to adults but have adverse effects on children's health.(5)Sources of heavy metals in surface soils on the East Coast of Laizhou Bay into three groups:Cu,Zn,As,Cd,and Pb primarily originate from mining activities;Cr and Ni mainly derive from natural background sources;and Hg primarily comes from atmospheric deposition sources.[Conclusions]Localized pollution exhibied in the surface soil of the study area,and 5.69%of the points reached the level of strong to extremely strong risk.These pollution points were distributed around the gold mine tailings pond,which may be related to mining activities.It is suggested to strengthen soil heavy metal monitoring and remediation in this area.
