Abstract
To address the issues of long operation time,poor accuracy,and low efficiency of traction alignment equip-ment for underfloor wheel lathes,this study employs quality control(QC)methodology.Firstly,the 5M1E anal-ysis method was used to confirm the feasibility of goals from perspectives including personnel resources,re-search and development capability and technical collaboration.Then,brainstorming method was applied to propose technical solutions for radio frequency(RF)wireless traction alignment equipment,image recogni-tion-based intelligent traction alignment equipment,and laser radar&image recognition traction alignment equipment.Subsequently,the 5W1H analysis method was utilized to formulate and implement countermea-sures focusing on clamping mechanism,image recognition,convolutional neural network algorithm,and as-sembly debugging.Finally,the effectiveness of the QC methodology was verified through validation tests.关键词
