Research on Top Grafting in the New Era:Promoting the Ecological Product Value Realization

Abstract
The breakthrough of"Top Grafting"in the new era lies in integrating agricultural development with the realization of ecological product value.Based on the driving-force-pressure-state-response(DPSR)analytical framework,this paper establishes a linkage of"ecological policy tool-ecosystem pattern-ecosystem process-ecological products"for Top Grafting.Taking the"Yuanmeng Village"pilot in Nanping City,Fujian Province as an example,this paper analyzes the specific practical paths of Top Grafting:improving policy tools for realizing the value of ecological products;strengthening new collective economic organizations and reshaping the ecosystem pattern;expanding multiple pathways for realizing the value of ecological products and maintaining the ecosystem process;developing diversified ecological products and improving the operational development mechanism for ecological products.The insights gained include improving the policy toolbox to strengthen the foundation of ecology and development,developing new collective economic organizations to stimulate endogenous dynamics in rural development,and empowering both the supply and demand sides of ecological products through digitalization to enhance rural governance capacity.关键词
