东北亚海洋废物治理区域合作路径探析
Regional Cooperation Path for China's Participation in Marine Waste Governance in Northeast Asia
摘要
Abstract
The transnational,unpredictable and interlinked nature of marine waste governance in North-East Asia requires cooperation and coordinated governance among the major coastal States of North-East Asia.Currently,existing bilateral and multilateral agreements on marine waste management in Northeast Asia provide a basis for cooperation on marine waste management in Northeast Asia,but there are still gaps in the framework for collaboration on management,including insufficient norms of international law and a lack of joint management mechanisms.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the communication and cooperation among the major coastal countries in Northeast Asia,improve the international law norms of Northeast Asian marine waste governance operation,and build a regional linkage governance mechanism of the major coastal countries in Northeast Asia,to jointly maintain the cleanliness of the marine environment in Northeast Asia.At the same time,as an essential member of the makor coastal countires in Northeast Asia,China should be to promote cooperation and consensus and build a blue partnership with the Community of Destiny of the Oceans.关键词
