A Study on the Mechanism of Family Resilience of the Elderly in"Village to Community"and Its Social Work Intervention Strategy

Abstract
The"Village to Community"is a product of China's promotion of urbanization and reform of the household registration system,which involves the construction of grass-roots organizations,the conversion of villagers,the rationalization of group relations,the construction of community and urban integration,including civil affairs,party building,social organizations and many other areas of systemic engineering.According to the family life cycle theory,the final stage of the family life cycle presents multiple tasks and demands.The changes in community attributes,structures,arenas,and interpersonal networks within the community triggered by the"Village to Community"initiative have brought new challenges to the elderly and their families.Taking Walsh's family resilience as the analytical framework,we analyze the functioning mechanism of family resilience and its influencing factors of the elderly in the"Village to Community"from the three aspects of the family belief system,the family organization and the family communication process,and combined with the theory and method of family social work,we put forward the social work service model and the social work intervention strategy of establishing a cooperative and cooperative support network of multiple subjects with the family resilience as the analytical framework.Combined with family social work theories and methods,this paper proposes a social work service model with family resilience as the analytical framework and a social work intervention strategy that involves establishing a support network through the cooperation of multiple stakeholders.关键词
