数字孪生流域水资源优化配置研究与实践
Research and practice of water resources optimization in digital twin river basins

Abstract
Digital empowerment of water resource management is a key pathway to achieving refined,intelligent,and scientific water resource management.To comprehensively improve water use efficiency,optimize allocation performance,and fully leverage water resource conditions,this study—based on the overall framework for digital twin river basin development—took the construction of a digital twin water resource system as its entry point.Focusing on Anji County,one of the first national ecological civilization demonstration zones,the study integrated multi-source water resource business data,built a localized water conservancy data foundation,and developed a specialized water resource model platform.A multifunctional business platform was created,integrating data supervision,resource evaluation,and optimized dispatch.The platform realized full-chain data integration and dynamic supervision of supply and demand,established a multi-model collaborative mechanism for water allocation,and explored a technical path for digital twin construction driven by business logic,supported by model algorithms,and enabling closed-loop decision-making services.The findings provide strong technical support for modernizing water resource management and offer a replicable technical path and reference paradigm for integrating water resource management with digital twin technology.关键词
