美国建构"中国太空威胁论"的战略叙事分析
Analysis of the U.S.Strategic Narrative of the"China Space Threat Theory"
摘要
Abstract
The"China space threat theory"is a strategic narrative constructed by the United States based on its strategic intentions.From the perspective of strategic narrative theory,there are three logics in the process of the U.S.construction of this argument:Firstly,in the context setting,the United States puts"China space threat theory"in the geopolitical context,locates space as a geopolitical highland,and sees China as an increasingly powerful rival in space;Secondly,in the character setting,the U.S.labels China as a"thief","threat","challenger",and"destroyer".Finally,in terms of plot design,the plot of"Chi-na space threat theory"has been carefully designed by deliberately emphasizing specific events or aspects of specific events,making historical analogies,and manipulating details.The purpose of the U.S.is to mobi-lize domestic resources to develop its space power,promote the construction of a space alliance to enhance its space power,promote the construction of an international order in space that is beneficial to itself,pro-vide"justification"for its own militarization and weaponization of space,curb China's development of space capability,and compress China's diplomatic latitude in the field of space.The"China space threat theory"will not only make it difficult to carry out space cooperation between China and the U.S.,but may also have a negative impact on international space security,space governance,and space cooperation be-tween China and U.S.allies.In this regard,China should take active measures in time to deal with the so-called"China space threat theory".关键词
