中国应对美国"印太战略"的外交方略
China's Diplomatic Strategy in Response to the U.S.Indo-Pacific Strategy
摘要
Abstract
Facing the challenges posed by the U.S."Indo-Pacific Strategy",China's diplomacy should a-dopt a multi-dimensional approach at the global,regional,and bilateral levels.Firstly,it is fundamental to coordinate and promote comprehensive diplomacy as to enhance global strategic planning capabilities,and consolidate the international front to counterbalance the US"Indo-Pacific Strategy".China should maintain and strengthen strategic communication and cooperation with Russia,deepen China-Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of Coordination in the New Era on the basis of adhering to the principle of"partner-ship without alliance';promote solidarity and cooperation with developing countries,and firmly safeguard their rights and interests in international multilateral mechanisms;increase the depth of economic and trade interests with Europe,continue to communicate and dialogue on security concerns,democracy and human rights,and continuously enhance mutual understanding between China and Europe.Secondly,it is crucial to give full play to advantages,manage differences,and create a favorable neighborhood environment.China should make use of its economic and trade advantages and deepen the mutually beneficial and win-win economic and trade pattern;take multiple measures to cultivate and enhance understanding and mutual trust between China and countries in the region;focus on promoting regional security dialogue and coopera-tion,effectively controlling regional hot issues,and alleviating the security concerns of neighbouring coun-tries.Thirdly,it is imperative to promote diplomacy with the United States and actively explore the correct way for China and the United States to get along with each other in the new era.China should continue to promote high-level strategic communication,including summit meetings,establish and improve effective crisis prevention and control mechanisms,promote multi-level and multi-subject interactions between the two sides,maintain and promote social and cultural exchanges between the two countries,especially ex-changes between the younger generation,and consolidate the public opinion foundation for the stable devel-opment of bilateral relations.关键词
