Abstract
Based on the problems of repeated construction,serious resource island and inefficient file management in the process of digital transformation of an oil company,this paper designs and implements a set of high availability and high performance file management system by using the middle platform architecture.The system builds a multi-level decoupled capability reuse architecture with the middle platform as the core.Through various designs such as development framework,business process,data flow,database,and system performance,it implements multiple core functions such as file management,file approval management,file collection folder management,file recovery management,and security audit.The system realizes centralized file management,fine-grained access control and efficient resource utilization,and the efficiency of document management is significantly improved.It provides an efficient,secure and extensible unified file management system for an oil company,and has a wide range of application value and promotion prospects.关键词
