Abstract
Based on the theoretical framework of digital transformation,this study investigates innovative applications of Information Technology in event management field through the case of Jiaxing City's"FunPlayer"event management platform.By constructing a technical architecture grounded in the DART(Dialogue,Access,Risk-benefit,Transparency)model,it integrates 160 heterogeneous data sources to establish an intelligent data middle platform.The research proposes a government-enterprise collaborative platform development model,establishing functional systems including intelligent event recommendation and digital twin management.Empirical results demonstrate that the platform significantly enhances event management efficiency.The research outcomes provide a digital transformation solution for smart city construction,encompassing technical implementation pathways,operational management mechanisms,and ecosystem collaboration strategies.This study validates the technical feasibility and application value of cross-departmental data fusion in public service domains.关键词
