Abstract
Aiming at the problem of information asymmetry between IT technology education supply and industrial demand,this study designs an IT technology learning Knowledge Graph system based on Neo4j graph database and ES.The system integrates multi-source heterogeneous data such as courses,skills,learning resources and enterprise positions,constructs a cross-dimensional knowledge association network,and realizes dynamic optimization of learning paths and accurate matching of job capabilities.The system innovatively constructs the Knowledge Graph of user ability training program,quantifies the skill level of learners,and analyzes the matching degree with job requirements through Knowledge Graph mapping.The experimental results show that the system resource utilization and job matching accuracy are significantly improved,and the learning efficiency and employment matching degree are effectively improved.This research has important practical value for optimizing the matching mechanism of talent supply and demand,and provides a feasible scheme for the precise employment of students in the IT industry.关键词
