西藏一例犊牛球虫急性感染期病例的治疗
Treatment of a Case of Acute Infective Stage of Coccidioidomycosis in a Calf in Xizang
摘要
Abstract
Bovine coccidiosis is a protozoan disease caused by various species of the genus Eimeria,which parasitize the epithelial cells of the intestinal mucosa in cattle.The infection is characterized by acute enteritis and bloody dysentery.Diagnosis of coccidiosis typically relies on the fecal flotation technique.Treatment commonly involves intramuscular administration of sulfadimethoxine sodium,intravenous infusion of 5%glucose-saline solution.According to symptom severity,vitamin C injections is administered.After treatment,infected calves typically recover fully.关键词
