摘要
Abstract
Sepsis is a common critical condition in clinical practice,often complicated by acute kidney injury(AKI),which significantly increases patient mortality.High-cutoff hemofilters in continuous renal replacement therapy(HCO-CRRT),as a novel blood purification technology,demonstrate potential advantages in clearing inflammatory mediators,improving renal function,regulating immunity,and stabilizing hemodynamics due to their unique filtration mechanisms.This article reviews the current research status of HCO-CRRT in the treatment of sepsis-associated AKI,aiming to provide clinical references,explore its therapeutic effects and mechanisms in depth,and discuss future directions to enhance treatment outcomes for these patients.关键词
