中频脉冲治疗仪联合益肾调督针法治疗脑卒中偏瘫的效果
The Effect of Medium-Frequency Pulse Therapy Instrument Combined with Yishen Tiaodu Acupuncture in the Treatment of Hemiplegia after Stroke

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of medium-frequency pulse therapy instrument combined with Yishen Tiaodu acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.Methods 100 hemiplegic patients with stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with a medium-frequency pulse therapy instrument,while the experimental group was treated with a medium-frequency pulse therapy instrument combined with the Yishen Tiandu acupuncture method.The therapeutic effects,TCM symptom scores,limb functions,balance abilities,gait of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%,higher than 84.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of various TCM symptoms in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the WMFT,FMA-LE and FCA scores of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TUG test and the 10-meter walking time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the step length of the affected side was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of medium-frequency pulse therapy instrument and Yishen Tiaodu acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke can improve the clinical symptoms,limb function and gait of patients,enhance their balance ability,and have definite effect.关键词
