单孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术治疗肺癌的临床效果分析
Analysis on Clinical Effect of Single-Port Thoracoscopic Radical Resection for Lung Cancer in the Treatment of Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of single-port thoracoscopic radical resection for lung cancer in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods A total of 90 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2024 were retrospectively selected as the research objects.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into conventional group and single-port group,with 45 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with traditional thoracoscopic radical resection for lung cancer,and the single-port group was treated with single-port thoracoscopic radical resection for lung cancer.The operation-related indexes,perioperative pain score,levels of serum tumor markers[carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cytokeratin 19 fragment 21-1(CYFRA21-1),neuron-specific enolase(NSE)]after surgery and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results No significant difference was found in the operation time and the number of lymph node dissection between the two groups(P>0.05),but the intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization days in the single-port group were less than those in the conventional group,and the drainage time was shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).At 1 d,3 d and 5 d after surgery,the perioperative pain score of the single-port group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in serum CEA,CYFRA21-1 and NSE levels between the two groups at 3 months after surgery(P>0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of complications(6.67%vs.17.78%)between the single-port group and the conventional group after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect and safety of single-port thoracoscopic radical resection for lung cancer are similar to those of traditional thoracoscopic radical resection for lung cancer.However,single-port thoracoscopic radical resection for lung cancer has more advantages than traditional thoracoscopic radical resection for lung cancer in reducing intraoperative bleeding,relieving pain and promoting early recovery of patients.关键词
