The Effect and Prognosis of CT-Guided Neuroendoscopic Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and prognosis of CT-guided minimally invasive neuroendoscopy in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods 85 patients with HICH admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2025 were selected and divided into control group(non-invasive drainage)and experimental group(CT-guided minimally invasive neuroendoscopy)according to the treatment methods.The perioperative indicators,neurological function,complications and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The time of operation,hematoma clearance and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that in the control group,and the hematoma clearance rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the NSE and NPY in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the BDNF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.44%,lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The good prognosis rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,higher than 77.50%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions CT-guided neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery for HICH takes a short time,can alleviate nerve injury in patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve their prognosis.关键词
