打叶复烤预压烟梗工艺及其制梗丝质量分析
A pre-pressing process for tobacco stems in threshing and redrying line and quality analysis of cut stems produced

Abstract
To simplify the pre-treatment process of tobacco stems,a process of integrating stem pre-pressing in tobacco threshing and redrying with cut stem production was tested.The proposed process and the quality of the cut stems produced were analyzed in terms of four aspects:process characteristics,tobacco stem characteristics,cut stem characteristics,and economic indicators.The results showed that:1)The stem pre-pressing process had the following advantages:a simple cut stem production process,a short production cycle,low energy consumption,and low moisture stem cutting.2)The stem pre-pressing process significantly altered the microstructure of the tobacco stems and enhanced their moisture absorption capacity.The tobacco stems rebounded less and exhibited good thickness uniformity after re-pressing.The contents of total sugar,reducing sugar,nicotine,total nitrogen,lignin and cellulose in pre-pressed stems were lower than those of conventional tobacco stems.3)Compared with the conventional tobacco stem process,the moisture content of the cut stems fluctuated less,the average proportion of integral stems decreased by 3.12 percentage points,the average proportion of short stems increased by 0.57 percentage points,the proportion of filamentous stems increased by 6.76 percentage points,and the sensory quality of cigarettes after blending was improved when using this stem pre-pressing process.4)When converted at a moisture content of 12.0%,the'standard weight'of stems rejected by the pneumatic separation decreased by 36.94%,and the effect of the stem pre-pressing process on the yield of cut stems was slight.关键词
