Abstract
Objective To explore Professor GONG Yi's medication rules in the clinical treatment of slow transit constipation(STC)based on data mining,and further analyze his clinical thinking in formulating pre-scriptions and using medications.Methods The medical records of patients with STC who were treated by Professor GONG Yi in the outpatient department of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine from August 2022 to May 2023 were collected,and Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS were used to mine the medication rules.Results A total of 61 medical records were included,involving 112 Chinese medicinals.The commonly used drugs were Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma)and Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix),etc.,among which the frequency of Baizhu was the highest.The four properties of the drugs were mainly warm,cold,and neutral;the five flavors were mostly pungent,sweet,and bitter;the meridians involved were mainly the spleen,lung,stomach,liver,and large intestine.After analysis of association rules,14 association rules of medicinal pairs and 12 association rules of medicinal groups were extracted.Conclusion For tactics of using Chinese medicinals,professor GONG Yi often takes the theory of"image-effect of traditional Chinese medicine"and"qi of the same kind mutually responding"as the intrinsic baseline in clinical prescriptions,combined with the interspersed use of"three kinds of Chinese medici-nals and medicinal pairs",aiming to relaxing bowels by tonifying,and mainly treating constipation with tonifica-tion,so as to restore the middle qi,moisten the intestines,and cure the disease.关键词
