密集型银质针导热松解术联合红外线治疗仪治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Intensive Silver Needle Thermal Conduction Release Combined with Infrared Therapy Instrument in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of intensive silver needle thermal conduction release(referred to as silver needle therapy)combined with infrared therapy instrument in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 120 patients with KOA admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the study group(n=60)and the reference group(n=60).The reference group was treated with infrared therapy instrument,and the study group was treated with silver needle therapy on the basis of the reference group.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Lysholm knee scale(LKS)score,the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)]after 1 month of treatment,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%of the reference group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group after 1 month of treatment was lower than that of the reference group,and the LKS score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-1β,IL-6 and CRP in the study group after 1 month of treatment were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 5.00%,which was not significantly different from 1.67%of the reference group(P>0.05).Conclusions Silver needle therapy combined with infrared therapy instrument has significant effect in the treatment of KOA,which can effectively relieve the pain of patients,improve the knee joint function of patients,reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients,and do not significantly increase the risk of complications.关键词
