经腹部超声检查联合经阴道超声检查对子宫内膜异位症的诊断价值
Diagnostic Value of Transabdominal Sonography Combined with Transvaginal Sonography for Endometriosis

Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transabdominal sonography(TAS)combined with transvaginal sonography(TVS)for endometriosis(EMS).Methods A total of 160 patients with suspected EMS who were treated in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects,all of them underwent TAS and TVS.With the results of laparoscopic examination as the"gold standard",the detection results of EMS and the detection rates of different types of EMS by TAS,TVS alone and in combination were compared.Additionally,the efficacy of TAS,TVS alone and in combination applied in diagnosing EMS was analyzed.Results The laparoscopic examination results showed that 143 cases out of 160 patients were diagnosed as EMS,including 45 cases of ectopic adnexa,53 cases of adenomyosis,and 45 cases of ectopic uterine rectal fossa.TAS detected 122 cases of EMS,TVS detected 127 cases of EMS,and TAS combined with TVS detected 145 cases of EMS.TAS combined with TVS had a higher detection rate for ectopic adnexa,adenomyosis,and ectopic uterine rectal fossa than those detected by the two alone(P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of the combined diagnosis of EMS by TAS and TVS were both higher than those of their individual diagnoses,and the missed diagnosis rate was lower than that of their individual diagnoses(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of TAS and TVS for the diagnosis of EMS can significantly improve diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy,reduce the rate of missed diagnosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
