超声多模态成像技术评价滋肾育胎汤改善薄型子宫内膜容受性的应用研究
Ultrasonic Multimodal Imaging Technique in Evaluating the Therapeutic Effect of Zishen Yutai Decoction on Thin Endometrial Receptivity

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasonic multimodal imaging technique in evaluating the improvement of thin endometrial receptivity by Zishen Yutai Decoction.Methods A total of 76 patients with thin endometrium and infertility treated at Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to December 2024 were divided into observation group(n=38)and control group(n=38)using a random number table.The control group received estradiol valerate tablets,while the observation group was additionally treated with Zishen Yutai Decoction.The clinical efficacy,endometrial ultrasonic multimodal scores,serum sex hormone levels,uterine artery blood flow parameters,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.75%,higher than 76.32%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed increased endometrial ultrasonic multimodal scores and elevated levels of estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)compared to pretreatment values,with the observation group exhibiting higher levels than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the resistance index(RI),systolic-to-diastolic ratio(S/D),and pulsatility index(PI)were significantly lower than pre-treatment in both groups,with the observation group demonstrating lower values than the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in either group during the treatment period.Conclusions Zishen Yutai Decoction effectively improves uterine artery blood flow parameters and sex hormone levels in patients with thin endometrium and infertility,demonstrating higer safety.Ultrasonic multimodal imaging technique provides a comprehensive and objective assessment of thin endometrial receptivity.关键词
