Non-Invasive Ventilator Combined with Effects of Respiratory Pattern Train-ing on Blood Gas Parameters and Dyspnea Severity in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Objective Objective To investigate the effects of non-invasive ventilator combined with respiratory pattern training on blood gas indicators and respiratory distress in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 84 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received non-invasive ventilator therapy,while the observation group additionally underwent respiratory pattern training.Blood gas parameters,dyspnea severity,lung function indicators,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,PaCO2,mMRC scores and SGRQ dimension scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and SaO2,PaO2,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Non-Invasive ventilator combined with respiratory pattern training can effectively improve blood gas parameters,alleviate dyspnea severity,enhance lung function,and improve quality of life in COPD patients,making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
