摘要
Abstract
High-purity quartz,as an irreplaceable foundational material for strategic emerging industries including semiconductors,photovoltaics,and fiber-optic communications,has seen its strategic significance continuously rise amid intensifying global technological competition.This paper analyzes China's current supply-demand status and security level of high-purity quartz to provide a basis for safeguarding this critical resource.The study comprehensively examines China's high-purity quartz resource characteristics and deposit types,incorporating domestic supply-demand dynamics and import/export data to assess the current situation,future requirements,and security level.Policy recommendations are provided based on the analysis.China currently faces multiple challenges:relatively poor natural resource endowment,inadequate processing technologies,high import dependence,and vulnerable supply chains.The security situation remains severe.To enhance safeguarding capabilities,China must strengthen geological exploration,promote industry-academia-research-application collaboration,upgrade processing technologies and equipment,diversify supply sources,and reduce external dependence.关键词
