摘要
Abstract
Yunnan Anning Bainishan phosphate ore is a medium-sized weathering leaching residual phosphate deposit. To explore the occurrence state of phosphorus in Bainishan phosphate rock, and to find out the mineralogical factors affecting the beneficiation index.Chemical multi-element analysis, polarizing microscopy analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,MLA analysis and other methods were used to study the phosphorus occurrence state of Bainishan phosphate rock. The results show that the Bainishan phosphate rock is mainly composed of clayey phosphate block rock, siliceous phosphate block rock, phosphate sandstone, mudstone and a small amount of dolomite. The content of P2O5 in the ore is 23.97%,reaching the lowest industrial grade of phosphate deposits, and its mineral composition is simple, the ore minerals are mainly fluoroapatite(cryptocrystalline colloidal phosphate rock, microcrystalline fluoroapatite),a small amount of phosphasis, lump phosphoaluminite, and gangue minerals are mainly clay minerals, quartz, limonite, dolomite. The occurrence of phosphorus is concentrated, and 95.19%of phosphorus is found in fluorapatite, which is conducive to the development of targeted beneficiation processes for enrichment and recovery. The crystal size of cryptocrystalline colloidal phosphate rock is very fine, mixed with siliceous, clay minerals, and iron, and this part of cryptocrystalline colloidal phosphate rock can not be fully dissociated in the grinding process, and the phosphate concentrate contain impurity elements such as silicon, aluminum, iron, etc.,which will affect the grade of phosphate concentrate;Fluorapatite in phosphate rock can be divided into cryptocrystalline colloidal phosphate rock,micro-mud crystalline fluoroapatite and fibrous columnar fluoroapatite according to the crystal size, and different forms of fluoroapatite may have different selectivity to flotation agents, which affects the beneficiation index of phosphorus.关键词
