Effect of Enema with Danhuangyou Yuyang Decoction on Ulcerative Colitis by Transendoscopic Enteral Tubing

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of enema with Danhuangyou Yuyang decoction on ulcerative colitis(UC)by transendoscopic enteral tubing(TET).Methods A total of 62 UC patients admitted to Jiamusi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=31)and the control group(n=31)according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with TET for enema with egg yolk oil and elm ulcer decoction,while the control group was given mesalazine through anal intubation for enema.The TCM syndrome score,disease activity index(DAI)score,Geboes index,Baron score,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After the treatment,the scores of diarrhea,abdominal pain,mucus and bloody stool,anal distension,tenesmus and the total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);the DAI score,Geboes index and Baron score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05);the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Enema with Danhuangyou Yuyang decoction on UC by TET is helpful to improve clinical symptoms and enhance therapeutic effect,the mechanism is related to anti-inflammatory.关键词
