摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the modified kidney failure formula combined with the method of tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation by applying auricular point patches in the treatment of stage 3～4 chronic kidney disease(CKD)complicated with hypothyroidism and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Patients with CKD3～4 stage combined with hypothyroidism and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the conventional group(n=40,treated with conventional Western medicine)and the traditional Chinese medicine group(n=40,treated with modified kidney failure formula combined with tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation auricular point sticking and pressing method)according to the random number table method.The total effective rate of treatment,renal function indicators[24-hour urine protein,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr)]and thyroid function indicators[free thyroxine(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)]of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the traditional Chinese medicine group(92.50%)was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(72.50%)(P＜0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of 24-hour urine protein,BUN and Scr between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of 24-hour urine protein,BUN and Scr in the traditional Chinese medicine group were all lower than those in the conventional group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of FT4 and TSH between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the FT4 level in the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the conventional group(P＜0.05),and the TSH level was lower than that in the conventional group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of high CKD stage 3～4 combined with hypothyroidism with gas deficiency and blood stasis by the combination of the Kidney Failure Formula and the ear acupoint pressure method has precise efficacy,and it can effectively improve the patients'renal function and indicators related to thyroid function,which is of high It has high clinical value.关键词
