真武汤合六味地黄汤治疗老年难治性肾病综合征脾肾阳虚证临床观察
Zhenwu Decoction Combined with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome with Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhenwu decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome(RNS)with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with RNS admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to April 2023 were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine basic treatment,while the observation group received additional treatment with Zhenwu decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang decoction.The therapeutic effects,renal function indicators,inflammatory indicators and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the treatment group was 92.50%(37/40),which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%,30/40),and the total effective rate of treatment was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%,31/40)(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-h urine protein quantification,blood creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),interleukin(IL)-6,and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α levels of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Zhenwu decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang decoction is effective in the treatment of elderly RNS with spleen and kidney yang deficiency,which can improve renal function,reduce inflammatory indexes,and has a good safety profile,so it is worth promoting.关键词
