川芎苓种质量分级研究
Study on the Quality Classification for Lingzhong of Ligusticum sinense'Chuanxiong'

Abstract
In order to establish the quality grading standard for Lingzhong(rhizome seed piece)of Ligusticum sinense'Chuanxiong',66 samples of Lingzhong of Ligusticum sinense'Chuanxiong'from dams and mountains were used as experimental materials.Five key indicators of Ligusticum sinense'Chuanxiong',including the number of buds,bud morphology,diameter of segments,diameter of stems and coefficient of seeds,were determined.The core indicators were screened through correla-tion analysis,and a classification model was established by combining the K-means clustering method.Analysis of variance confirmed that the contribution of the number of buds and the Lingzhong coeffi-cient to quality grading was extremely significant,and they were determined as the core indicators for grading.Finally,the two types of cocos seeds were classified into four grades.Grade 1:2 to 4 buds,Lingzhong coefficient≥2.3;Grade 2:1 bud,Lingzhong coefficient≥2.3;Grade 3:2 to 4 buds,1.2≤Lingzhong coefficient<2.3;Grade 4:1 bud,1.2≤Lingzhong coefficient<2.3.For the first time,this standard achieved the quantitative grading for Lingzhong of Ligusticum sinense'Chuanxiong'varieties from bams and optimized the existing grading system for Lingzhong of Ligusticum sinense'Chuanx-iong'varieties from mountains,which could provide a direct basis for the standardized production of Lingzhong of Ligusticum sinense'Chuanxiong'varieties.关键词
