摘要

Abstract

To explore the efficient seedling cultivation technique of cutting and propagating the leaves of Blumea balsamifera,healthy and disease-free Blumea balsamifera leaves were selected as materi-als.Four groups of single-factor experimental design methods were adopted to conduct research on different ages,leaf parts,leaf area sizes and types of plant growth regulators.The results showed that among the various factors,the optimal treatments were annual Blumea balsamifera N-1,leaf part B-1,1/2 leaf area size L-2 and plant growth regulator S-18(IAA 30 mg/L+NAA 30 mg/L),which had significant promoting effects on 9,6,5 and 12 growth indicators respectively,and were signifi-cantly better than other treatments within the factors.This method could be applied to the rapid prop-agation of seedlings propagated by cuttings of Blumea balsamifera leaves.
