木质素含量调控的阳离子化纸浆结构-性能协同机制及其抗菌功能强化研究
Study on Synergistic Mechanism of Structure and Properties of Cationized Pulp Regulated by Lignin Content and Strengthening of Its Antibacterial Function

Abstract
This study used chemi-mechanical bamboo pulp as raw material and adjusted lignin content(2.47%~18.67%)through acidic sodium chlorite treatment,followed by cationized modification using 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride(EPTAC)as etherifying agent.The structure and properties of modified pulp were systematically characterized.The results showed that qua-ternary ammonium groups were successfully grafted onto pulp by EPTAC,with significantly increased Zeta potential.Lignin content showed positive correlation with degree of cationized substitution(DS of HPY0 was 0.098,decreasing to 0.078 for HPY180).Anti-bacterial tests demonstrated that the inhibitory effect of cationized pulp against E.coli and S.aureus significantly enhanced with in-creasing lignin content,attributed to the natural antibacterial properties of lignin,physical piercing effect of large-sized nanofibers in high-lignin systems,and synergistic effect of cationized charges.关键词
