摘要

Abstract

In this study,a cellulose filter paper-based ceramic composite separator was fabricated by constructing a chitosan/polyvinyl alco-hol/barium titanate multifunctional coating on low-cost paper substrates through an in-situ wet-coating technique.By regulating the disper-sion of ceramic fillers and the polymer cross-linking network,the controllable construction of a three-dimensional porous structure for the composite separator was successfully achieved.The results showed that when the mass fractions of chitosan,polyvinyl alcohol,and barium ti-tanate were 0.25%,1.0%,and 0.1%,respectively,the as-prepared composite separator exhibits exceptional comprehensive performance:enhanced thermal stability at 200℃with no dimensional shrinkage,a first-cycle discharge specific capacity of up to 118.69 mAh/g at 0.5 C in full-cell configuration,and an ultra-low charge transfer resistance of merely 6.87 Ω for the stainless steel/composite separator/half-cell.
