Abstract
Crop germplasm resources provide material support for crop research and breeding and form the basis for the genetic improvement of cultivated varieties.Saccharum officinarum genetic resources database was in collecting and sorting based on the achievement of Saccharum officinarum germplasm resources for many years,with JavaScript development language,build adaptive TOMCAT runtime environment of Saccharum officinarum germplasm information opening query system,released by ht-tp://60.205.90.81:9090/url.This database realized the browsing,querying and network interaction of Saccharum officinarum germplasm genetic resource information,drew the Saccharum officinarum kinship map,the distribution map of Saccharum officinarum bred germplasm,data maintenance,us-er management,etc.,comprehensively presenting the current situation of Saccharum officinarum ge-netic resources in China.The establishment of the Saccharum officinarum germplasm database would play an important role in scientific research,breeding,popular science and other fields.关键词
