摘要

Abstract

Efficient removal of excess ethylene is crucial for extending the shelf life of fruits and vegetables.Noble metal-based low-tempera-ture(0~25℃)catalytic oxidation technology has demonstrated significant potential advantages in cold-chain preservation due to its mild re-action conditions,absence of secondary pollution,and controllable operational costs.This paper summarized recent advances in catalytic mechanisms,performance optimization strategies,and anti-deactivation approaches for platinum(Pt),silver(Ag),and gold(Au)-based catalysts in ethylene oxidation.By addressing current industrial challenges,this paper proposed future development directions to provide theoretical support and innovative insights for constructing stable and efficient ethylene removal systems using noble metal catalysts.
