标准化护理在高原地区肺心病急性加重期患者中的应用
Application of Standardized Nursing in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Pulmonary Heart Disease in Plateau Area

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of standardized nursing intervention in patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease in plateau area.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,50 patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease in plateau area(3,010 meter above sea level)admitted to Haiyan County People's Hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing plan,and the experimental group received standardized nursing.The cardiopulmonary function and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in cardiopulmonary function index(P>0.05).After nursing,the cardiopulmonary function index of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized nursing intervention in patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease in plateau area is helpful to improve the patients'cardiopulmonary function and enhance nursing satisfaction,which is worth popularizing.关键词
