摘要
Abstract
As the core power equipment of modern agriculture,the performance of the steering system of the tractor plays an important role in the efficiency of agricultural production,energy consumption control and operation safety.In the process of accelerating agricultural mechanization and agricultural modernization in China,in-depth research on the development of tractor steering system technology is of great significance to improve the comprehensive benefits of agricultural production.In recent years,with the development of mechatronics,electronic control and sensing technology,tractor steering systems have been widely used in new technologies,and new structures and new products have emerged,covering a variety of technology types.With its simple structure and low manufacturing cost,mechanical steering systems still occupy a mainstream position in basic agricultural operation scenarios.The hydraulic steering system significantly reduces the driver's operating intensity through the principle of hydraulic assistance.With the help of advanced electronic control technology,the electric power steering system can accurately adjust the size of the power assist according to different working conditions,so as to realize the intelligent and comfortable steering operation.This paper analyzes the latest research progress of the current domestic and foreign tractor steering system in key technologies such as mechanical steering,hydraulic steering,electric power steering,double-speed steering,lumbar steering,swing front axle steering,four-wheel steering,differential steering and skid steer steering system,and clarifies the basic principles and characteristics of related technologies of each system in combination with product application.With the development trend of unmanned,the tractor steering system will develop in the direction of steer-by-wire and intelligent steering in the future.Steer-by-wire technology effectively reduces mechanical wear and failure points by eliminating mechanical connections.The intelligent steering system integrates multi-sensor information collection and advanced intelligent algorithms to achieve accurate autonomous steering and path planning,providing more solid technical support for the development of agricultural modernization.关键词
