Abstract

To further improve the consistency and efficiency of standardized tests in current tractor proving grounds,this study develops standardized testing methodologies for whole-tractor systems using a wheel-coupled test bench.With reference to current national standards,a programmed drive spectrum calculation method and a response iteration method were proposed for various obstacle specifications.The bump test of tractor proving grounds was equivalently simulated using road profile-based virtual testing.The whole-body vibration test for the driver was equivalently reproduced through response signal-based virtual testing.In the tractor bump test scenario,the deviation in maximum acceleration at standard target measurement points between field and bench tests was less than 0.7g.Moreover,the power spectral density characteristics of the target signals were consistent.Under the tractor ride comfort evaluation scenario,iteration channel errors converged to within 10%.The weighted RMS deviation of tri-axial seat acceleration between field and rig tests was 0.28g.Case results demonstrate that the wheel-coupled test rig can effectively replicate standardized tractor testing procedures.It provides a more efficient,convenient,and controllable technical approach for structural durability and ride comfort testing in agricultural machinery.
