无人投饲船变量投饲水下分布数值模拟与分析
Numerical simulation and analysis of underwater distribution of variable feeding for unmanned feeding ship

Abstract
At present,the adoption of mechanization instead of artificial feeding has become the main trend of aquaculture industry in China,which provides the necessary technical means for green aquaculture,economic aquaculture and ecological aquaculture.As one of the core components of automatic and controllable variable feeding technology,the operation performance and the distribution uniformity are particularly important.Therefore,by analyzing the movement trajectory of feed particles and simulating underwater distribution,this study studied the effects of operation parameters and structural parameters of feeding equipment on the underwater distribution of feed particles,and determined the optimal operation parameter combination of unmanned feeding vessels,in order to further improve the development level of aquaculture mechanization in China.The stress and movement of feed particles during the operation of the throwing device were analyzed,the movement of feed particles was clarified,and the motion equation of feed particles was obtained by solving equations combined with Newton's second law.The intrinsic parameters of feed particles were measured,the discrete element model of feed particles was established,and the simulation analysis of feed particle movement and underwater distribution was completed.The parameter optimization design was carried out for the parameter combination composed of ship speed,throwing plate speed and dip angle,and the single factor test and orthogonal test were designed for the influencing factors respectively,to explore the main and secondary sequence of each parameter affecting the underwater distribution of feed particles during the centrifugal throwing operation,comprehensively analyze the influence law of each parameter on the throwing performance,and determine the best combination parameters.The results showed that the optimal combination of operation parameters to minimize the variation coefficient of feed distribution uniformity was:the sailing speed of the unmanned feeding boat of 2.085 m/s,the rotation speed of the throwing tray of 759 r/min,and the tilt angle of the throwing tray of 0°,the variation coefficient of feed throwing uniformity is the smallest with 28.919%,which meets the requirements of aquaculture feeding operation and provides reference data support for realizing automatic and intelligent aquaculture.关键词
