摘要

Abstract

Chiral phosphoric acid has emerged as a large class of highly efficient and stereoselective chiral Brønsted acid catalysts during the last twenty years.The presence of the Brønsted acidic and Lewis basic sites in chiral phosphoric acids can simultaneously activate both nucleophilic and electrophilic substrates.Additionally,the stereoselectivity can be improved by modulating the electronic and spatial effects of the chiral backbone.In recent years,the asymmetric catalysis of chiral phosphoric acid has made remarkable progress.Chiral phosphoric acid can be used alone as organic small molecule catalyst to catalyze various types of reactions;it also can be used with metals(complexes)to realize synergistic asymmetric catalysis.Herein,research progress on the application of chiral phosphoric acid in catalyzing asymmetric Friedel-Crafts reaction,ring-forming reactions,multi-component reactions,hydrogen transfer reactions,allylation reactions,as well as cascade reactions was reviewed from 2020 to the present.
