临界区淬火对低碳Q—P—T钢高温拉伸性能的影响
Influence of intercritical quenching on high temperature tensile properties of low carbon Q—P—T steels

Abstract
To explore the relationship between the mechanical properties of low-carbon steel and the three phases of ferrite,retained austenite and martensite,the test steel was processed by quenching—partitioning—tempering(Q—P—T)and intercritical quenching-partitioning-tempering(IQ—P—T)respectively.Axial tensile tests were carried out at different temperatures(25 100,200 300℃).The results indicate that at room temperature,the IQ—P—T samples have a lower tensile strength and a higher elongation compared to the Q—P—T group.At tensile temperatures ranging from 100℃to 300℃,the tensile strength of the Q—P—T group shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing with rising temperature,while the IQ—P—T group exhibits an opposite trend.The reasons are as follows.Under high temperature conditions,the tensile strength of the Q—P—T samples decreases due to the softening effect,while the thermal stability of retained austenite gradually increases.Consequently,there is a reduction in the residual austenite content that is initially prone to premature phase transformation,leading to continuous phase transformation of austenite under higher strains and a heightened degree of TRIP(transformation-induced plasticity)effect.Ultimately,instead of decreasing,the tensile strength of the sample exhibits an increase at 300℃.The thermal stability of austenite in IQ—P—T group is influenced by temperature,as well as the surrounding phases and C and Mn diffusion in ferrite.Initially increasing and subsequently decreasing content of austenite transformation result in an initial rise followed by a decline in tensile strength.关键词
