摘要

Abstract

Compared with Cu-Ni alloys,Cu-Ni-Cr alloys have the advantages of high strength,strong toughness,excellent oxidation resistance and seawater corrosion resistance,which are widely used in key components such as condenser tubes,valves and propellers in offshore engineering.In this paper,the current research status of Cu-Ni-Cr alloys at home and abroad were introduced.The characteristics of the organisational structure of Cu-Ni-Cr alloys in different preparation processes,with heat treatment and moulding technologies were discussed.The effects of amplitude-modulated decomposition strengthening,deformation strengthening,fine grain strengthening and precipitation strengthening on the organisation and mechanical properties of Cu-Ni-Cr alloys,as well as the effects of alloying elements and heat treatment processes on the oxidation resistance,elasticity,corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity of Cu-Ni-Cr alloys,were analysed.And on this basis,the development status of Cu-Ni-Cr system alloys was summarised,and the future development trend of the alloys was prospected in view of the deficiencies of Cu-Ni-Cr system alloys.
