基于文献研究探析中医药治疗哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征用药规律
Based on the Literature Data to Explore the Drug Use Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Asthma-COPD Overlap Syndrome

Abstract
Objective Based on the literature data,this paper analyzes the prescription medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of asthma-COPD overlap syndrome,and develops new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for asthma-COPD overlapping syndrome were searched from CNKI,Wanfang and Vip databases,and a database was established after screening and standardized treatment.Through the inheritance assistance platform(V2.5)system,the characteristics and taste,channel normalization,frequency of medication,combination of new prescriptions and drug correlation degree were analyzed,so as to explore the rules of their formulation.Results A total of 29 prescriptions were selected to meet the requirements,including 107 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.The four qi were mainly warm,cold and flat,among which the frequency of warm drugs was the highest(49%).The five tastes were mainly sweet,bitter and spicy,and the frequency of sweet drugs was the highest,up to 32%;The meridian belongs to the lung meridian the most,which was used 218 times.The top 3 drugs were Pinellia,Tuckahoe and Glycyrrhiza.23 core drug combinations and 7 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion Based on the in-depth excavation of literature data,the core prescription and medication rules summarized can open up new ideas and provide new references for the clinical treatment of TCM syndrome differentiation and prescription medication.关键词
