Abstract
Guideline for Rational Drug Use and Comprehensive Management of Pulmonary Hypertension in County-Level Regions(hereinafter referred to as"the Guideline")is a guidance document specifically for medical staff in county-level medical institutions in China on scientific diagnosis and rational treatment of patients with pulmonary hypertension(PH).Following the latest evidence from Chinese guidelines,European guidelines,and PH evidence-based medicine,the Guideline summarizes common regimens of PH targeted therapeutic drugs,clarifies PH screening,diagnostic procedures,and treatment principles,and emphasizes the accuracy,safety,and applicability of drug use in county-level settings.It mainly includes five core contents:definition and classification of PH,epidemiology and current status of drug use in primary medical institutions,classification of therapeutic drugs,combined application and interactions of therapeutic drugs,and comprehensive management of PH.The Guideline aims to improve the screening,diagnosis,and treatment capabilities of county-level medical and health institutions for PH.It is suitable for learning and reference by county-level medical workers and can also be read by PH patients.关键词
